Caofen

The Caofen F80 packs a mid-drive electric motor that is located right where an ICE would be. This motor churns out 4 kW (5.36 hp) in the restricted F80-C1 trim which has a top speed of 28 mph. The non-restricted F80-C3 trim pumps out 8 kW (10.7 hp) that has a top speed of 53 mph. While the numbers are not impressive, it should be noted that this dual-sport machine weighs in at just 165 pounds.

Its lightweight nature means that it is a recipe for pure fun. The electric motorcycle is extremely likeable and despite its modest performance figures can climb up trails with ease. Caofen also claims that this minimal wonder can do 60 miles on a single charge when ridden at an average of 19 mph. In full power, the F80 can do 34 miles. Caofen suggests that the F80 can be charged from nil to full in just over two hours.
