Electric Bike Performance
ePerformance combines physical performance with electric support. Ride an ePerformance bike and you will feel the power, balance, and freedom our high-end power-assisted electric bicycles provide. Man and machine form a natural and healthy balance.
To chip your electric bike and ride it on public streets or trails is illegal and will cause any warranty to be voided. This also hurts the sport and its acceptance in society and with political and advocacy groups. A few black sheep cast a shadow on the entire sport. Stay away from tuning chips!

Improved health, increased confidence, and able to make longer commutes easier are just a few benefits you can enjoy with electric bicycles.
However, we’re aware that they aren’t the cheapest to buy upfront.
That’s why we’ve partnered with Cycle to Work Scheme and the Green Commute Initiative (GCI) to help you spread the cost into monthly payments with discounts on the initial purchase price.
Please note, GCI is for Electric Bikes only. e-Mopeds and e-Scooters are excluded from the scheme.

Do I have to pedal?
Yes, you don’t get out of it that easily! You might say it’s just like riding a bike… eBikes are just like traditional bikes, but with a helping hand.
As you pedal, the pedal-assist motor will kick into the level of assistance you’ve selected, to give you more power, less perspiration.
Technically, you don’t have to pedal all of the time, since the throttle can boost you from a stationary position. However, this speed is capped at 4mph, so isn’t sustainable for your entire journey.
Do you get any exercise riding an electric bike?
It’s a common misconception that eBikes are the lazy way to cycle, but that’s not the case! Having an electric bike actually encourages people to ride further and to take their bike on journeys where they’d normally take the car. It’s a great way to get back into cycling if you’ve had a bit of a break from it, and for encouraging previously inactive people to hop onto a bicycle.
Are eBikes good for commuting?
If you use public transport in your daily commute, you should definitely consider using a foldable eBike as they can be easily stored; they’re lightweight enough to take on trains / buses etc. and they’re perfect for stop/start urban cycling too.
