The 345-E is our starter e-bike and entry into the 345 range. Designed based on customer feedback, the 345-E offers a playful all-rounder for short rides, keeping the defining features and build quality of our 345 range. EcoMove’s configuration maximises versatility and comfort to your ride by fitting front suspensions, shifting to 8 gears. Battery size is optional.
The 345-E is NewGen’s starter ebike and entry point into the 345 range. Designed based on customer feedback, it retains the easy handling and laid-back style of the classic 345 but in a lighter, simpler, more affordable and more customisable package.
The chunky tan-wall street tyres provide a smooth, stable ride, and combine with the wide, upright handlebars and plush saddle to offer cruising comfort you won’t find on a regular ebike. Tektro mechanical disc brakes provide ample stopping power, while the integrated rear light helps keep you safe on the streets – and slung underneath is a second-gen cargo deck, which offers even more options to stow your gear.
The 345-E offers up to 20 miles of range as standard – plenty for everyday errands and most commutes – but if you need to go longer between charges you can opt for a long-range powerpack for rides of up to 50 miles. Both options have a built-in USB socket to charge your smartphone on the move.
The low-maintenance single-speed transmission and rigid fork save weight, making the 345-E our lightest model, but adding gears or suspension is easy – just select them below. We also now offer the 345-E in 11 fantastic new frame colours in addition to the standard slate grey – your ride, your style!

Mark and Nilloy were super kind and helpful when it came to ordering the bike and making sure everything got sorted. I also had to bring my bike in for some break adjustments and Jack sorted it all out and undid the mess I made of it trying to adjust it myself. a month ago via Google Bought a bike through EcoMove 6 months ago and had a few questions about how smoothly it's was running. Popped in after work at gone 4:40pm expecting only an opinion. The technician couldn't have been more helpful. Gave the bike a good check over, fixing chain tension and tightening brakes. Then found and sorted core issue with spokes on rear wheel. Great customer service.

My wife is absolutely over the moon with her first E bike and the service at the shop 5***** . Hills absolutely no problem.Would highly recommend.
