The bike frame is warranted for five years against cracking due to manufacturing defects.

Electrics such as motor and batteries are warranted for two years.

Non-wearable parts, such as the handlebar, saddle, or stem are warranted for 12 – 24 months.

The right is reserved to inspect the battery for signs of neglect, lack of use, misuse, or immersion in water.

Consumable items such as brake pads and tyres are not covered unless of faulty construction.
