Where can I take the Tenways CGO600 Pro for inspection?
EcoMove will be able to assess, repair, or maintain your e-bike. The mechanical components are high-quality options which are widely available. Electrical components can be obtained from EcoMove or directly from TENWAYS, together with video installation guides.
What if I need a replacement battery?
Within the 2-year warranty period, your battery will be replaced at no cost to you if found to be faulty. After the warranty period, replacement batteries can be purchased from TENWAYS.
Can I ride the Tenways CGO600 Pro in the rain?
Yes, the key electronic components on our e-bikes are at least IP65 water-resistant, and the rest parts are IPX4 water-resistance. You can feel free to ride our e-bikes in the rain, but please do not leave it idle under the rain for an extended time.

Got an e-bike from Eco Move recently and very pleased with it! Makes cycling into work much nicer. Mark and Nilloy were super kind and helpful when it came to ordering the bike and making sure everything got sorted. I also had to bring my bike in for some break adjustments and Jack sorted it all out and undid the mess I made of it trying to adjust it myself. Bought a bike through EcoMove 6 months ago and had a few questions about how smoothly it's was running. Popped in after work at gone 4:40pm expecting only an opinion. The technician couldn't have been more helpful. Gave the bike a good check over, fixing chain tension and tightening brakes. Then found and sorted core issue with spokes on rear wheel. Great customer service.

Picked up the bike on Saturday morning, not quite ready when we arrived had walk along the harbour and a coffee, ready when we returned. My wife is absolutely over the moon with her first E bike and the service at the shop 5***** . Hills absolutely no problem.Would highly recommend.
