By placing an order via our website (https://eco-move.co.uk/), you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see our ordering and delivery for further information.
In order to contract with EcoMove you must be over 18 years of age. EcoMove retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be EcoMove or may in some cases be a third party.
Where a contract is made with a third party, EcoMove is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card, or bank account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of international products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
Electric scooters are not to be used on footpaths, cycle lanes or roads. It is the complete responsibility of the customer to ensure that your e-scooter is operated by all country and local laws. The customer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of electric scooter products and holds EcoMove and its owners free from any liability caused by their use.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. EcoMove retains the right to accept or reject this offer before processing the order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us, the prices have been verified, and the order has been processed and dispatched. A second email will be sent confirming these arrangements and the title of goods will not be transferred until they have been dispatched.
When purchasing in store a receipt will be issued to the customer containing proof of purchase.
Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition. Such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Grand Total’.
The website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any orders that you may place based on information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.
In some circumstances we may need to order your product from our manufacturers, however we will explain exactly how long it will take for your item to arrive and how long you can expect to wait for delivery.
Unfortunately we do not offer a tracking service on our products, but you can call EcoMove on +44 117 3739 322 for updates on the shipping status.
All products go through a health check before they are sent out or taken away by customers.
Ordering & Delivery
All items can be ordered either online or in-store. At EcoMove we hold limited stock in-store and some items may need to be ordered in.
Delivery varies depending on the items that you are ordering. Delivery can take between 24hr to 1 weeks depending on the product. EcoMove will notify customers and keep them up to date on expected deliveries.
Whilst we offer free delivery for many items, this is subject to change. Some items will include a delivery charge. This information will be displayed on our website and conveyed to you by a member of staff.
Click and collect is also available on limited items. This will depend on in-store stock and availability. This information can also be found on our website.
For items that are in stock and in-store, customers are able to take away products the same day. This information is provided upon purchasing and subject to availability.
If customers wish for us to order-in or hold a product, we ask that a fixed 20% deposit be paid by the customer. The deposit is refundable should the customer change their mind or return the item within 14 days after the item is delivered. Please see the Returns Policy for more information.

Promotional Terms and Conditions

T&Cs related to Promotions:
All promotional offers will have a specific end date after which they will no longer be valid. End Dates for all promotions and special offers will be displayed on our website. We reserve the right to cancel or extend all offers and promotions at any time.
Promotions and offers will only be valid for the specified product and can not be transferred to products that are not included in the original offer. Which products our promotions relate to will also be stated on our website.
EcoMove reserves the right to cancel or amend offers and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your statutory rights are not affected.
All of our vehicles come with at least a 1-year warranty, our e-mopeds come with a 2-year warranty and the batteries that power them come with a 3-year warranty. If something does go wrong with your vehicle which cannot be rectified by a local workshop, please get in touch with us . Customers are responsible for returning the bike to EcoMove for servicing or warranty claims. We may be able to collect the vehicle from you at an agreed fee or attempt to fix your issue on-site. While we endeavour to keep costs as low as possible.

We constantly work to improve our Services in order for you to get an even smoother user experience. This may require changes to these terms. In this case, you will be asked to accept the new terms before you can continue to use the Services

To offer you the Services, we need to process your personal data – we encourage you to read our Privacy Notice for a more detailed understanding of how we process and protect your data.
Cookies and similar tracking technologies
You shall always provide correct information and use your own and correct identity. Any use of information that does not belong to you or that you for other reasons are not authorised to use, or the use of the Services in a non-prescribed way, will be seen as a misuse.
At EcoMove we offer 30 minute test rides on all products and have an indoor test track for Electric Bikes and scooters. Our test track is open 6 days a week. All test rides are free and come with no obligation.
Test rides for NIU Mopeds are carried out either in-store on our own test track or on the streets of Bristol.
EcoMove is fully insured for all test rides that take place and will ensure that any customers testing the vehicles, will wear the appropriate and necessary safety equipment.
Whilst EcoMove does accept walkins, in order to ensure that a test ride is available, we ask all customers to call in ahead of time to arrange their test ride appointment. This is to ensure that the appropriate member of staff is on site and the vehicles can be checked prior to the appointment.
When test riding any NIU moped, customers are required to provide the relevant driving licence. We reserve the right to refuse test rides at any time and to our own discretion.

I went in to look for a part for a ebike, even though they didn't have it, the mechanic Allen was kind enough to help with what I was trying to fix, putting on a new pair of handle bar grips and checked it over. Everyone else in the shop super friendly and helpful. If I get the chance to upgrade I will be coming to eco move. 10/10

I dropped by the store on the 12th July with my punctured Pure Air Pro, as Pure Electric said they were too busy until the 20th July! I can not thank the two guys enough for being so kind. I feel so emotional and grateful at your words of wisdom and that you offered so much when I gave nothing back. You didn't put the cash first and even though I did not end up spending a penny with you, you offered an e-scooter until I sorted my problem out with Pure Electrics. I stood my ground as you advised and took my e-scooter back to the Pure store and within a couple of hours I had a brand new tyre and inner tube at no cost, as the item was only 3 days old. I'm really sorry I didn't purchase from you because aftercare is as important as the purchase. I can sense your enthusiasm and commitment and I feel people should know to visit and have their faith restored in humanity. You were very positive, sympathetic and supportive when it really mattered. Thank you both. Donna

All the staff at EcoMove in Bristol are absolutely fantastic! At 62 and after 40 years of not having cycled, they were patient, kind and spent a great deal of time teaching me how to ride an E-bike. They helped me with the accessories I needed, they helped me try out the bike for size in the boot of my car. When an accessory broke they replaced it instantly. I had been to other E-bike shops but none came anywhere near the help, advice and friendly attitude that I got from every member of staff at EcoMove. I cannot praise them highly enough!!

One of (if not the actual) very best customer service experiences I've ever had. Especially as a first-time vehicle buyer, they've been beyond helpful, friendly, polite, even funny, and have answered all my questions clearly that I've left overnight as soon as they open at 9am. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. I wish more businesses were ran like this, and had as friendly, genuinely caring staff, whether big or small.

Fantastic , friendly service. Purchased my electric Haibike from Ecomove. So lovely to buy from a shop with friendly, knowledgable but non-pushy staff. Great to be able to test drive at the store.Thrilled with my bike & it makes tackling the steep hills around Bath so easy. Would highly recommend Ecomove.
